- 1 lb Lean ground beef
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Scallion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Capers
- 1 tsp of Sweet relish
- 1 tsp Ground Sage
- 1/2 tsp Beau Monde seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Mei Yen powder
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1/3 cup Dry red or wine
Combine and refrigerate for up to 30 minutes. Makes four moist patties. Pan fry at high heat in oil.
